PERFOMANCE OF SPECIAL GRANT FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN IMPROVING THEIR LIVELIHOODS IN UGANDA,2018
National Council for Disability continue to execute its mandate of monitoring inclusion of Persons with DIsabilities in Uganda. In 2018, the council conducted an assessment to accertain the performance of the special grant for persons with disabilities in Central region. The findings indicates that alot needs to be done to improve the grant if persons with disabilities are to benefit. The grant is limited and require increased funding by the government.

Final Report On Elections for Member of Parliament Representing People with Disabilities 2016
Overall, this report analyses the 2016 Parliamentary elections of PWDs in terms of the process – right from developing of the National Voters’ Register to mobilization of the electoral college, voter education, candidates’ nomination and registration, campaigns, voting, counting and tallying of votes, and disbanding of the electoral college.
