NCPD has a Secretariat, the Technical organ, headed by the Executive Secretary, who is appointed by the Minister
upon recommendation from the Council. This organ is charged with planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs, routine administration, and resource mobilization, initiating internal policies, and implementing decisions of the Council.
Ms. Guzu Beatrice is the current Executive Secretary,who represents the Secretariat on the Council.
