THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT,2024

An Act to amend the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2020, Act 3 of 2020 to dissolve the secretariat for the National Council for Persons with Disabilities and designate the National Secretariat for Special Interest Groups established under the National Women's Council Act as the secretariat for the National Council for Persons with Disabitities in order to give effect to the Government Policy on Rationalisation of Government Agencies and Public Expenditure; and for related purposes.
