The council
NCPD has a Council, the Technical organ, headed by the Executive Secretary, who is appointed by the Minister
upon recommendation from the Council. This organ is charged with planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs, routine administration, and resource mobilization, initiating internal policies, and implementing decisions of the ministry.
The NCPD conducts/commissions surveys and research projects on various disability aspects. NCPD also on disability, or to mainstream disability within their mainstream studies.
