Must have the following;
1. Have a Bachelor's degree from any University
2. Must be able to use and operate a computer
3. Must know & be fluent in spoken English and Luganda

1. Ateso, Kiswahili, English & Luganda
2. Lunyankole, Rukiga, Rutooro,Runyoro ( Luganda will be an added advantage)
