Capacity-building session for lower councils of persons with disabilities in the Acholi sub-region

In April 2026,  the National Council for Persons with Disabilities conducted a capacity-building session for lower councils of persons with disabilities in the Acholi sub-region. The engagement aimed at strengthening leadership, enhancing advocacy skills, and empowering local structures to effectively represent and address the needs of persons with disabilities within their communities.
