The Council to gather with Water Aid Uganda organized a Dialogue meeting to share information that was  generated through a rapid assessment that was conducted by NCPD and Sense International on the effects of COVID 19 on the lives of Persons with Disabilities in Uganda. Among the challenges identified during the study was limited access to WASH facilities and services yet it was the most needed service during the pic of the pandemic.
